Mandarin for Munchkins® DB Center Class Terms & Conditions

Payment of Fees:

Tuition fees are charged on a two-monthly basis, payable before the first day of the two months. Please make out cheques to ‘Yifan Mandarin Ltd'.
Students may choose to pay with single visit fee if cannot attend full term class; however space priority will give to students with full term payment.

(Full term sign up @HK$180.00per 60 mins sessions, HK$210.00 per 90 mins sessions, HK$200 per 60mins for M Focus)

(Single visit @ HK$210.00 per 60 mins sessions; HK$240.00 per 90 mins sessions; HK$230.00 per 60mins for M Focus)

We assume that your child will continue with classes from term to term unless you notify us in writing.

Refund: We regret that we cannot, under any circumstances, give refunds for classes already paid for.

Deposit: We require a refundable deposit of $500 per child per course; $1,000 per child for ‘Mandarin Nursery'. Your deposit will be returned when your child leaves ‘Mandarin for Munchkins' and provided you give 14 days' advance notice in writing.

Accompanying your child: Each child in ‘M for tots & mums, M music & movement' needs accompanied by one guardian during the session, our program also requires guardian's participation.

Enrollment: Parents should complete enrollment form online or hand in to us with deposit and tuition fee.

Trial Class: One payable trial class can be arranged for each child on each course.
Discount: If a child enrolls more than one class per week (full term), the 2^nd or 3^rd class receive 5% off discount.

Make up Classes:

Only full term sign up students can enjoy make up classes, no make-up class is available for single visit students.
We must be informed in advance and in writing of classes to be missed so that we can schedule the make-up classes later. Missed class without proper notice will not be made-up later.
A maximum of two make-ups may be made per term, regardless the reason for the make-ups.
Make up class must be taken within the term and cannot be carried over to the next term.

Hygiene: Children and guardian need to take off the shoes, wash hands before entering classroom, please make sure you have comfortable clothes for class.

Public Holidays: Our center is closed on all public holidays.

Enforced Closures:

We do not hold classes when Black rain or typhoon signal 8 has been raised. We regret that we cannot arrange make up class or refund for any enforced closures.

Leaving Yifan Mandarin Ltd / Cancelling Classes:

We require 14 days' written notice prior to the date your child is leaving, or fees will be charged as usual. Where 14 days' notice is given, your deposit will be refunded.

All participants enrolled in classes at ‘Mandarin for Munchkins' program do so at their own risk and the company is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury to students or their guests as a result of participating in these classes.
Yifan Mandarin Ltd reserves the right to expel students who have a negative influence on the successful running of a class.
